Positions hold: Worked in different cadres for 22 years (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Principal of Agri. Deploma, Farm Superintendent Professor, Scientist(Plant Pathology), AICRP on Maize, and presently working as Senior Scientist and I/c Farm Superintendent More than 10 years administrative experience.

Visited Malaysia and presented invited paper & International Conference. Published 40 papers in journals and presented 50 papers in conferences of national and international repute. Handled more than 03 externally funded projects worth of Rs. 37.22 Lakhs sponsored by National agencies. Associated with development of, Eight Cotton varieties, two soybean varieties, two Maize varieties, One each variety in Green Gram, Black Gram and Wheat as associated Scientist and 10 technologies are released for in agricultural and horticultural crops towards the doubling of farmer’s income.
