Awards/Honours: NAIP International Training at University of Naples, Italy.

Fellow: Fellow of Society for Plant Research (2016); Fellow of Indian Phytopathological Society (2017)

Research Areas: Biological control of plant diseases including nematodes; Fungal Genomics and Pathology, Disease Resistance in plants, Nano biotechnology.

Significant scientific contributions to plant pathology: Contribution in the area of mycology, fungal biocontrol agents and fungal pathology. I did execute many projects funded by DST, DBT, ICAR and UPCAR etc. and published 75 research articles in the journal of national/ international repute. I am life member of Indian Phytopathological Society and reviewed number of manuscript to this journal. I wish to give my input to enhanced the impact factor of Indian Phytopathology journal.
