Birth & Educations: Born on July 7^th 1975 at Jabalpur (Madhya Pradesh). I obtained my B.Sc. (Ag.)  (1997), M.Sc. (Ag) (2000) degree from College of Agricultural Jabalpur and Ph. D Plant Pathology (2004) from Indira Gandhi Agriculture University, Raipur.

Positions hold: Assistant Professor (24.1.07-14.5.12), Associate Professor (15.5.12-30.03.2018), Professor (from 31.03.2018).

Awards/Honours: JNKVV Best teacher Award 2017, given by Hon’ble minister of Agriculture, Madhya Pradesh, on the occasion of foundation day programme of JNKVV held on 07.10.2017 at JNKVV Jabalpur. Recipient of Best young scientist award 2004 in second Chhattisgarh Young Scientist Congress by Chhattisgarh Science and Technology. Best Oral Paper Presentation award in National Symposium of Indian Phytopathological Society held at IGAU, from 25.09.18 to 27.09.18. Best poster award, in 3^rd International Conference on Global Initiatives in Agriculture and Applied Science for Eco friendly Environment (GIASE 2019), organized by Agricultural Technology Development Society at Tribhuvan University, Nepal from 16.06.19 to 18.06.19. Emerging scientist award in 3^rd International Conference on Global Initiatives in Agriculture and Applied Science for Eco friendly Environment (GIASE 2019), organized by Agricultural Technology Development Society at Tribhuvan University Nepal from 16.06.19 to 18.06.19. Best poster award in 7^th International Conference on “Phytopathology in Achieving UN Sustainable Development Goals”, organized by Indian Phytopathological Society, at IARI New Delhi, from January 16-20, 2020.
